Online Videos are available through subscription to my website/channel. These taped sessions offer a variety of classes and styles of yoga and are free to subscribers (donations are always accepted, should you feel inspired!)

In-person group and private sessions are also available and can be customized to your needs. All sessions held are in a health-conscious manner, either outdoors or indoors appropriately distanced
Consider giving a gift of a private session to that friend that has always wanted to try yoga, but didn’t want to venture into a studio! Or how about that bride-to-be and her bridesmaids; a team-building session for the workplace; or a group session for a family reunion?!!
